Who can sign up for the 360 Gas Protection service?

Everyone, whether or not you have a supply contract with Endesa
If you already have or sign up for gas with Endesa, you’ll get an additional 3% discount on the variable rate for 1 year.
What does the 360 Gas Protection service offer?
A 360 Gas Protection service to protect you in the event of faults in your individual gas installation. You’ll have access to a network of qualified Endesa technicians for urgent repairs within three hours. What’s more, there will be no call-out charges.
Payment protection
What’s more, 360 Gas Protection includes up to two call-outs per year for gas installation repairs and payment protection insurance for your gas bills.

What does the 360 Gas Protection include?

If there is a fault with the individual gas installation in your home, you can contact the 360 Gas Protection technical department and an emergency technician will come to your home within three hours. The call-out charge and the first three hours of labour are covered. 360 Gas Protection customers have access to a free helpline to request assistance, available 24 hours a day, 365 days of the year: 900 85 86 85. The service covers two gas installation repairs per year.

The service includes assistance in case of a fault with your individual gas installation. Your heating system (including the boiler, the hydraulic circuit and the radiators, the boiler and the domestic hot water heater, domestic appliances, your gas meter, and the rest of the gas installation that runs through community areas) are not covered.

You can rely on an Endesa Network worker, subject to rigorous quality controls, to repair your breakdowns and flexible appointments.

Call-out charges and the first three hours of labour for each breakdown/fault are covered (customers must pay for any parts required to carry out the repair). In exceptional circumstances, if the repair time takes longer than three hours, we will provide you with a free estimate before starting work.

In addition, Protección Gas 360 includes, at no additional cost, a payment protection insurance for gas* supply invoices underwritten by the Quantum Leben insurance company. Protect your family from the most immediate gas supply payments with the following cover:

(*) This insurance cover and the right to receive benefits from it are conditional upon the Customer contracting and having a current gas supply with Endesa Energía, S.A.U. at the same address as where the service is provided.

(**) To request payment of compensation, the customer must submit the corresponding gas supply bills, contracted with Endesa Energía S.A.U.

A maximum of 12 monthly supply bills/6 bi-monthly bills per claim per year will be allowed. For monthly bills, a maximum amount of 37.50 euros (80 euros for the self-employed) will be covered. For bi-monthly bills, a maximum amount of 75 euros (160 euros for the self-employed) will be covered.

What are the most common faults?

Having your installation reviewed primarily prevents potential gas leaks which would endanger the members of your household and would also increase energy consumption and your bills.

If you have no gas supply at home and this is not due to a problem with your retailer, a 360 Gas Protection technician will visit your home within three hours.

What is the contractual term of the 360 Gas Protection?

The contractual term is one year and it is automatically renewed at the end of each year. However, both the Customer and Endesa are entitled to terminate the contract by giving written notice of at least one month prior before the expiry date.

How do you bill the 360 Gas Protection?

The service will be billed on a monthly or annual basis, depending on what was agreed. If you have contracted several services at the same address, they will all appear together on a single invoice. 

In addition, if you have contracted an electricity or gas supply with Endesa Energía at the same address, the service bill will be included on the same document as the energy bill, and both amounts (services and energy) will be itemised together in your account. The billing frequency in this case will be as indicated in the energy contract.
