One Luz 12 months + Gas tariff

 (*) Prices excluding taxes. In electricity the base price is 0,1540€/kWh, and with the 30% discount 0,1078€/kWh until 31/10. Other months price with 20% discount: 0,1223 €/kWh. In RL1 gas the base price without taxes is 0,0857 €/kWh and with 40% discount it is 0,05142 €/kWh. The base price for RL2 gas is 0,080200 and with 40% discount 0,04812 €/kWh. The discounts are applied until 31/10 and thereafter the discount will be 10% respectively: RL1: 0,07713 €/kWh and RL2: 0,07218 €/kWh. Promotion valid for new contracts with Endesa Energía. This promotion is not valid in Ceuta or Melilla. Electricity will include an electricity tax (5.11269632% or the minimum amount of €0.5/MWh or €1/MWh, as applicable) and gas will include a hydrocarbon tax (€0.00234/kWh). VAT (21% or 10% as applicable), IGIC (Canary Islands 0% or 3%, and 7% as applicable) or IPSI (Ceuta and Melilla: 4% or 1% as applicable) will be added to the result. The prices will also include the regulated cost associated with the social bonus financing mechanism: Fixed customer charge (marketing) of €0.006282/day (Peninsula and Balearic Islands: €0.00726350/day or €0.00798985/day depending on the applicable tax rate; Canary Islands: €0.00652072/day for domestic customers with power under 10kW, and in all other cases, €0.00680127/day; Ceuta and Melilla: €0.00666921/day; all amounts include taxes applicable as of the effective date of these prices).

The price may be updated on 1 January each year based on the actual CPI (latest officially published year-on-year Consumer Price Index at the time of the update), as well as any changes to current regulated components applicable to electricity and gas supplies, and any potential new changes that may be approved by regulation.

In case of an update based on the CPI, the year-on-year CPI for November will be used. It is published on the National Statistics Institute website. The update will be made by adding the result of multiplying the CPI by the previous prices to the existing prices. For more information, the year-on-year CPI was 2.4% for November 2024, 3.2% for November 2023, 6.8% for November 2022, 5.5% for November 2021, -0.8% for November 2020, and 0.4% for November 2019.

If any changes, either upward and downward, are made to the regulated components applicable to the contract, these will be passed on to the customer. These types of changes are regulated and are entirely beyond Endesa's control. They apply equally across the Spanish national territory and to every provider.

Additionally, the price may be reviewed after one year from the contract date. If there are any changes, we will notify you one month in advance. Remember that you can terminate the contract without penalty, as well as switch to another Endesa tariff or to any other company at any time.

The One Gas Tariff has no commitment period; you are free to cancel it whenever you wish, without any penalty. However, the One Gas Tariff contract has a duration of one year, automatically renewable.

If you choose One Luz 12 Months, a tariff with a one-year commitment period, your price per kWh will be lower than without a commitment period. At Endesa, we reward your loyalty.

The One Luz 12 Months Tariff contract has a mandatory 1-year duration and is automatically renewable.

If you agree to the commitment period and decide to leave before the first year is over, a penalty equal to 5% of the estimated outstanding charges will be applied. The estimated outstanding charges will be calculated by multiplying the contract price without discounts at the time of termination by the estimated outstanding energy.
